Legal Representation before Authorities
We support your company and its (future) employees in
- applying for residence titles (for example visa or residence/work permits, Blue Card EU) at German Embassies and Consulates abroad and at foreigner offices in Germany, as well as
- obtaining the German Federal Employment Agency’s pre-approval,
- advising in the matters of German citizenship and naturalization.
- Moreover, we provide assistance with the accelerated skilled workers procedure and
- security exception agreements and other certificates according to Social Security Agreements.

If any problems occur in cases such as the above, we represent your company in front of in front of German administrative courts and labour law courts.

In cases in which non-German law becomes relevant, we cooperate with specialised law firms in other countries which are able to advise your company on the relevant national law.
